If the fare drops, we help you get a credit or voucher from the airline. Then we charge you a small fee (30% of the credit), only after you've received it.Your Role: Give us accurate itinerary info, keep your contact details up-to-date, and use the service responsibly.Privacy: We protect your data and never sell it. Your credit card info is securely handled by Stripe.No Airline Affiliation: We’re not affiliated with American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines, or any airline.Disputes: If you’re in the U.S., you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration (you can opt out within 30 days).Read the full legal terms below.Full User AgreementThe following User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the FareDropped service ("Service"), including our website and any additional services or applications we may provide. By using or registering for the Service, you agree to the terms below.1. Modifications to TermsFareDropped may update this Agreement at any time. We will indicate the latest update date at the top. Continued use of the Service means you accept any revised terms.2. Eligibility & RegistrationYou must be 18 or older to use the Service.You agree to provide accurate Registration Information and update it as needed.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.3. Service UseYou agree to use the Service only for personal, lawful purposes.Automated access, scraping, or republishing FareDropped data is prohibited.4. Fees & PaymentsFareDropped charges a 30% fee only after a credit or voucher is successfully issued by the airline.You may choose to upgrade to a paid plan after receiving your first credit.5. Privacy & DataWe handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.Stripe securely handles payment details—we do not store your full card number.6. DisclaimersFareDropped is not responsible for credit eligibility decisions made by airlines.We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline, including American Airlines, Delta, Southwest, or United.7. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of this Agreement.8. Intellectual PropertyAll FareDropped materials, branding, and code are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them.9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration (U.S. Users)If you live in the U.S., you agree to resolve disputes via binding arbitration rather than court. You may opt out of this clause by notifying us within 30 days of first using the Service.10.
